Every year the Fairfield Police Officers' Association donates money and time to benefit numerous charities, groups and organizations in Fairfield and throughout Solano County.

The Police Athletic League (PAL) is an organization in many American police departments in which members of the police force coach young people, both boys and girls, in sports, and help with homework and other school-related activities. - Fairfield PAL
The Public Safety Academy (PSA) is designed to provide a rigorous academic program and career preparation for those interested in law enforcement, firefighting, emergency response, and other public safety related fields. - Fairfield PSA
BDSRA is the largest support and research organization in North America with affiliates around the world. They provide education, advocacy, family support services and research funding to create a hopeful future for families coping with Batten disease. - Batten Disease
PRISMS, an acronym for Parents and Researchers Interested In Smith-Magenis Syndrome, is dedicated to providing information and support to families of persons with Smith-Magenis Syndrome (SMS), sponsoring research and fostering partnerships with professionals to increase awareness and understanding of SMS. - Smith-Magenis Syndrome
The Leaven works in partnership with members of the local community; including businesses, police and fire departments, local government, school administrators and teachers, church groups and concerned neighbors to bring after-school mentoring and tutoring programs as a revitalization tool to struggling neighborhoods where drop-out rates are out of control and gangs threaten the peace of the community. - The Leaven
